The rules for using Koval SEO.

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using Koval SEO Console ("Koval SEO", "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.

2. What the service is

Koval SEO Console is a hosted tool that reads the public pages of a website, finds possible SEO problems, explains them in plain words, ranks them, and re-checks them after you make a fix. It reads only — it does not log in to, change, or publish to any website it checks, and it does not fix anything on your site for you.

3. Your account

• Provide accurate information when you sign up, and keep your login details secure.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Tell us at hello@kovalseo.com if you think your account has been used without your permission.

4. Acceptable use

To keep the service safe and fair for everyone, you agree that you will:

• Only check websites you own or are authorised to check. Don't submit sites you have no right to analyse.
• Not use the service to overload, attack, or disrupt any website or our own systems.
• Not attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or work around the limits of the service, or resell it as your own.
• Not use the service for anything unlawful or to harm others.

We may limit how often or how many pages a check can cover, to keep the service reliable and to be polite to the websites being checked.

5. What we promise — and what we don't

Koval SEO gives you information and analysis about your website. It does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, or any particular result — those depend on search engines and many things outside our control. We aim to be accurate and honest, and we tell you when we're not sure or when something couldn't be checked, but you're responsible for deciding what to change on your own site.

6. Price

The service is free right now. We may add optional paid features in the future — if we ever do, we'll make it clear before you pay for anything, and the free parts you're using won't suddenly be locked behind a bill without notice. We say "free right now" rather than "free forever" because we won't promise something we can't guarantee.

7. Your data

You own the sites and data you put into the service. You grant us the permission we need to store and process that data in order to run the service for you. How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and is still evolving. We work to keep it available and reliable, but we can't promise it will always be online or free of errors, and we may change, add, or remove features over time.

9. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent allowed by law, Koval SEO is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost rankings, traffic, revenue, or data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.

10. Suspending or ending your use

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access to accounts that break these terms or that put the service or other people at risk.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service grows. If we make meaningful changes, we'll update this page and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator of Koval SEO Console is established. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that place.
